1. What It Is

The CosMolar hand-slap foam bag is an on-site foam packaging bag that needs no machine and no power. The bag comes pre-filled with the correct ratio of foaming raw materials. Just slap it and it foams - expanding and molding within seconds to wrap your product tightly, protecting it from vibration, impact and scratches.

Ideal for packing fragile items, electronic accessories, instruments, auto parts, motors, pumps and valves, ceramics, handicrafts and irregular-shaped items - great for daily sample shipping and small-batch orders.

2. Before Use

1. Choose the right size: the un-foamed length/width of the bag should be at least 10 cm larger than the outer box on each side. The bag thickens and its length/width shrink after foaming, so reserving extra size ensures a snug fit;
2. Make sure the item surface is dry and free of sharp burrs to avoid puncturing the bag;
3. Works at normal room temperature - no preheating needed.

3. Operating Steps (4 Easy Steps)

Step 1 - Mix the bottom bag
Lay the bag flat on the table with the printed side facing up. First press firmly on the "LEFT" side; when you hear a "POP" (the inner separating layer between the left and right inner bags breaks), immediately press the "RIGHT" side. Then alternately press left and right quickly 15-20 times to fully mix the two materials inside.

Step 2 - Place in the box and mold
After mixing, when you hear a second "POP" (the inner bag bursts open and the material enters the outer bag, starting to foam and expand), immediately place the bag into the carton and let it expand naturally (slight warmth on the bag is normal). Place the product on the expanding bag and gently press for 3-5 seconds to mold the bottom - only this one light press is needed; do not keep pressing the bag during foaming, as it may damage the foam structure and reduce expansion and elasticity.

Step 3 - Mix the top bag
Take a new bag and repeat Step 1: press the "LEFT" side first, and when you hear a "POP" (the inner separating layer breaks), press the "RIGHT" side; alternately press 15-20 times to mix the materials.

Step 4 - Seal and finish
When you hear the second "POP" (inner bag bursts open, material enters the outer bag and starts foaming), immediately place the bag on top of the product, close the carton lid and gently press for 3-5 seconds - again, do not press repeatedly. Now the product is fully wrapped on both top and bottom; once molded, seal and ship.

4. Useful Tips

• Press the left side firmly first, and only start alternating after you hear the "POP" (inner separating layer breaks) for more even foaming;
• When you hear the second "POP" (inner bag bursts, foam material enters the outer bag), give the bag a gentle shake so the material spreads more evenly for better molding;
• Use one bag on the bottom and one on top for double protection - greatly reducing transit damage.

5. Precautions

1. Check the bag before use; do not use damaged bags;
2. Keep away from fire and heat; store in a cool, dry place;
3. During foaming, avoid pressing the bag frequently - this destroys the foam structure, resulting in low expansion and poor elasticity;
4. If the liquid touches your skin, rinse immediately with clean water.
