2. CM-811 Semi-automatic Foaming Machine: High Flexibility for Multi-SKU Mid-Small-Batch Production

CM-811 semi-automatic foaming machine is a hand-gun-style unit powered by 220V single-phase 32A, no compressed air source required. Four operation modes are available: manual continuous mode, fixed-time mode, mixed-time mode and assembly-line automatic mode.

The distance between raw-material drums and main controller shall be no more than 1.5 m. Operators spray mixed foam directly onto films inside cartons via handheld spray gun.

• Advantages: Moderate investment, easy maintenance, highly flexible spray position. Perfect for factories with mixed-size products and frequent model change-over under mid-small-batch output.
• Limitations: Packaging consistency partially depends on manual operation.

CM-812 fully-automatic foaming machine automatically completes bag forming, material injecting, cutting and sealing. Up to 102 groups of process parameters can be saved for quick recipe recall. Raw-material drums can be placed up to 5 meters away from main unit.

Note: It is an upgraded semi-automated solution rather than a fully-unattended production line. Manual loading of products is still required.
