Packing in four steps

Hand-tear foam bags are easy to use:

1. Place the product into the bag so the A/B chemicals sit in the right position;
2. Press left and right alternately 15-20 times to mix the chemicals thoroughly;
3. When you hear the “pop” sound, put the bag with the product into the carton;
4. Press the product gently for 3-5 seconds and let the foam set, cushioning the product on both sides.

Two tips: press alternately and press enough times — poor mixing weakens the foam; do not seal the carton before the foam fully expands.
